David H. Maguire
David is the senior member of Maguire Law. He graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1977 and now has nearly 34 years of experience in the practice of law.
Membership includes: a charter membership in the Litigation Council of America, a trial lawyers honorary society representing less than 1% of the trial lawyers in the United States.
He has been recognized as a super lawyer in the years 2010 and 2011. David enjoys Martindale & Hubble’s highest rating for attorneys in the United States of America with an AV rating. Recently he received the Professionalism Award for lawyers in Southeastern Idaho as recognition of his ability to meet and deal with other lawyers and professionals in his profession. David is also a member of the Idaho Supreme Court and US District Court mediation panels.
He has attended numerous seminars on conflict resolution, which are an excellent complement to his skills and training as a trial attorney.
This gives David the ability to not only do battle in the courtroom but to honorably and professionally resolve disputes, which sometimes seem hopeless.
