PERSONAL INJURY II

David represented a young lady who was a passenger on a motorcycle which collided with a dump truck and trailer.  The young lady was seriously injured suffering the loss of her left leg above the knee.

The driver of the dump truck claimed that the operator of the motorcycle on which the young lady was a passenger had been going at an excessive speed and that was what caused the accident.

Intense discovery led to compelling evidence that the operator of the truck was in a hurry and had not stopped at the stop sign where the accident occurred.  As a consequence the plaintiffs were able to work out a nearly seven figure settlement for the young lady who was so catastrophically injured.
