David was involved in a livestock damage case in Twin Falls, Idaho. The matter went to the Idaho Supreme Court and they affirmed the judgment of $30,000.00 as against the Plaintiff’s demand for $200,000.00. In addition, the Idaho Supreme Court affirmed the District Court’s determination to grant a very small award of attorney’s fees to the plaintiffs even though the case had gone to trial twice and been appealed twice. The Court reaffirmed the plaintiff’s obligation to disprove other causes for product liability injuries as part of its decision.
